Which Connecticut employers must carry workers’ compensation insurance?
The Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission states that with few exceptions, all employers in the State of Connecticut are required to have workers’ compensation insurance for their employees, as defined under the Workers’ Compensation Act. The Commission publishes the elections that officers, LLC members and partners may make separately.

What are the minimum auto liability limits in Connecticut?
The Connecticut Insurance Department states that Connecticut's minimum insurance requirements are $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident for bodily injury, and $25,000 per accident for property damage, or a $50,000 single limit for bodily injury and property damage combined. Connecticut also mandates uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage at the same $25,000 and $50,000 levels, which many states leave optional.
